Session detail

Emerging CXL Memory is driving SW ecosystem to maximize the system performance by exploiting wider bandwidth and expanded capacity. SK hynix’s HMSDK (Heterogeneous Memory Software Development Kit) enables the efficient use of the heterogeneous memory system through a bandwidth-aware allocator. In addition to these advantages, CXL Interconnect realizes the memory disaggregation and enables resource pooling & data sharing among multiple hosts. Our Multi-headed CXL Pooled Memory platform, called Niagara, supports these two key use cases as well as includes HW-assisted features for effective use of CXL disaggregated memory. SK hynix is on the leading the edge of CXL Memory innovation, ushering in a new Memory-centric era.
